Areco Properties is a long-term partner that adapts to customers' changing needs. Through our combined knowledge and many years of experience in the construction industry and the property market, we have everything needed to improve the properties we acquire and own, and to provide our tenants and customers with good service.
Letting & Management
We at Areco Properties focus on managing Areco's existing industrial properties, as well as acquiring and developing new sites. As far as possible, we try to adapt the properties and premises to our customers' needs and wishes. We are happy to rebuild, improve and optimise together with our tenants and our sister company Areco Construction.
Areco Properties is part of the Areco Group, a Swedish privately owned company that currently has 350 employees across five business areas. Areco has supplied materials to both small and large customers over the years and has shown that we, within the group, can handle complex projects.
At present, we have a portfolio of vacant industrial and warehouse premises, as well as offices, shops and building land, concentrated mainly in Malmö and Helsingborg.
Construction & Property Development
Areco Properties is not a traditional property company. Together with our tenants and sister companies, we continuously develop our existing properties. With the help of financial expertise and solid knowledge of the construction industry and the Nordic property market within the Areco Group, we have developed a unique complete concept for our customers and tenants.
We collaborate with our sister company, Areco Profiles, where we gain access to a high level of engineering expertise. Our engineers can carry out design work for both internal and external projects. Areco Construction then takes over the job and is responsible for the actual construction of new industrial properties.
Continuous work is under way to achieve optimal flexibility and customisation of our existing and future buildings. We are also constantly looking for new, interesting sites and vacant plots where we can erect new industrial buildings. Contact us if you need help with your dream project.
