REINFORCEMENT MESH
Common to all reinforcement mesh is that it is produced by welding cold-worked wire in an automatic welding machine with mechanically controlled welding sequences.
Reinforcement mesh is available as standard mesh, finger-lapped mesh, one-way mesh, splice mesh, wall mesh, mini mesh and special mesh.
The major advantage of finger-lapped mesh is that the bars in these meshes do not overlap at the corners.
Standard mesh is manufactured in the formats 5x2.35 m, 4.85x2.25 m and 5.9x2.3 m with square meshes.

REINFORCING BARS
Reinforcing steel can have various shapes, but always consists of hot-rolled, quench-and-tempered steel. Reinforcing steel is manufactured and delivered in straight lengths, in a processed form or as coiled reinforcement.
The trend is towards an ever-larger share of ready-to-place reinforcement *(ILF) and coiled reinforcement, thanks to their practical and economic advantages.
*ILF is the established abbreviation for ready-to-place reinforcing steel, i.e. cut and bent reinforcing bars, ready to be installed in the concrete formwork. Based on a drawing, we can, together with our supplier, deliver pre-bent (ILF) reinforcement and reinforcement mesh in standard and special designs.
Using reinforcing steel results in high quality while also simplifying the work, with economic and time-related advantages.

BI-STEEL
Reinforcement specially developed for masonry structures.
Masonry reinforcement is available in the following grades:
• Untreated Bi-steel
• Galvanised Bi-steel
• Stainless Bi-steel
Masonry reinforcement in a corrosion-protected design eliminates the risk of rust damage in reinforced masonry.
Using masonry reinforcement offers several advantages:
• Reduces the risk of cracks in the masonry
• Increases the masonry's ability to absorb horizontal loads from wind and earth pressure
• Strengthens bonded corners
• Higher tensile strength and better anchorage capacity than other types of reinforcement, which means a smaller amount of reinforcement is needed
