Wuppermann AG is a wholly family-owned company. voestalpine Stahl GmbH holds a 30 % interest in Wuppermann Austria GmbH and Wuppermann Bandstahl GmbH. Corus Staal B.V. has a 30 % stake in Wuppermann Staal Nederland B.V.
