A new Areco subsidiary has been established in Seoul, South Korea. Kimin Jung, CEO of Areco Far East has many years of experience in purchase of raw materials and has collaborated with Areco by mediation of the large Korean steel mills for 15 years.

- Our hope that by this establishment we can continuously monitor the raw material market and promptly respond to any market changes. Much of the market information is perishable and therefore requires that we are up to date. It is also important to have an experienced staff on-the-spot who can analyze the market and support our purchasing processes when large contracts are to be terminated, says Peter Areskog President.
